CO2 Enrichment Targets
GrowScope calculates a useful CO2 enrichment target range from a plant's recent average PPFD — more usable light means CO2 enrichment pays off at a higher range — capped by the plant's growth stage, and estimates how long a CO2 cylinder will last given your tent's ventilation setup.
How to do this in GrowScope
- In equipment settings, enable "Has a CO2 meter" — without this toggle, the CO2 field and its weekly reminder don't appear at all.
- Log a CO2 ppm reading (once the toggle is on) alongside your regular climate readings.
- Open the Box section's CO2 panel to see the target range, calculated from your plant's recent average PPFD and current growth stage.
- Select your tent's ventilation mode (sealed, closed-but-leaky, sensor-controlled exhaust, or exhaust running continuously) to get a cylinder consumption and duration estimate.

Notes
- CO2 enrichment is deliberately not recommended during late flower or the seedling stage regardless of light level.
- The measurement field only appears once the CO2-meter toggle is explicitly turned on, so the app never nags a user who doesn't have a meter.
