Growth Tracking
GrowScope tracks plant growth two ways: a weekly manual measurement of height and canopy width, and a separate AI tool that compares two photos taken on different days to judge whether growth accelerated, held steady, or slowed.
How to do this in GrowScope
- On the weekly prompt in the Today screen's plant flow, confirm it's a good time to measure.
- Enter the plant's height in cm (from the substrate surface to the top point).
- Enter the canopy width in cm (at its widest point).
- Continue — the reading is saved with a timestamp and also updates the plant's current recorded size.

Notes
- There is no internode-spacing (distance-between-nodes) input field in GrowScope — only height and canopy width are recorded numerically. Photos are the tool for catching subtler changes.
